Born July 6, 1930 to Lawrence and Linnea Carlstrom in Racine, WI. Beverly graduated from Park High School in Racine. She met the love of her life, Richard C Connell at the beer garden and they were married October 16, 1954; celebrating nearly 58 years of happiness and blessings before he passed in March 2012.
Beverly graduated from Gateway Technical Institute. Together she and Dr. Connell ran a dental practice in Racine, WI for over 30 years. They retired to Florida where they made homes in Sarasota and Dunnellon. She and Dick traveled the world – from Bahamas to Alaska, the Holy Lands and throughout Europe. She enjoyed sewing and knitting lap robes and scarves to donate. Beverly volunteered at the hospital and with the women's club. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed telling everyone her hole-in-one story. Beverly was an accomplished bridge and mahjong player and loved to dance; recall stories of vacations at Holiday Acres; sing 'Yellow Bird;' and eat ice cream with her 'little darlings.'

She is survived by son Brian (Teri) Connell of Delhi, IA, daughter Julie Connell of Crystal River, FL and son Tom (Joan) Connell of San Pablo, CA, Grandchildren Julian and Quinn Connell, Jenna (Luke) Burt, Michael (Megan) D'Hooge, and Eric (Amanda) D'Hooge; Great grandchildren: Minnie, Melodie, Brylea, Christian, Mason and Jake.
