Duane A. Denlinger, 74, of Davenport, Iowa, and formerly of Epworth, Iowa, passed away Monday, October 1, 2018 at Shady Rest Care Center in Cascade, Iowa.

Committal Services for Duane will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at the St. Patrick's Cemetery in Epworth, Iowa, with Rev. Michael Schueller Presiding. The Reiff Funeral Home in Epworth, Iowa is in charge of arrangements.

He was born November 22, 1943 in Dubuque, Iowa, son of Eldon R. and Lenore B. (Steffens) Denlinger.  He is a graduate of Western Dubuque High School in Epworth, IA.

He is survived by siblings, David (Judy) Denlinger of Dubuque, IA, Von (Jean) Denlinger of Cascade, IA, Vanita Bries of Epworth, IA and Pamela (Terry) Strub of Elbe, WA; Brother-in-law, Donald Kronlage of Dyersville, IA; many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Merle Denlinger; one sister, Cathy Kronlage.
