George Orland Rogers, of Winchester, OR passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2022 at his home in Winchester.

Graveside services for George will be held in Calvary Cemetery in Cascade, Iowa at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 8, 2022 with Steven Strang presiding.

George was born March 28, 1946 in Cascade, Iowa, son of Orland and Loretta (Less) Rogers.  He attended the country schools and graduated from Aquin High School in Cascade.  He attended Loras College in Dubuque.

George moved to California and later to Oregon.  He was united in marriage to Yvonne "Bonnie" Anderson.  To this union two sons were born, Travis and Kevin.  They later divorced.  George was united in marriage to Jewel Dodge on March 17, 2006.

He was a truck driver in Oregon for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Jewel Rogers; his children, Travis, Kevin (Tawny); two step-children, David and Michelle; 12 grandchildren; a brother, Michael (Cleo); 9 nieces and nephews; and many cousins and friends.
