Gerald R. Glew, 79, of Dubuque, Iowa formerly of Farley, Iowa passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at his home.
Friends and relatives of Gerald may call from 9 to 1 p.m., Monday, January 22, 2018 at the Reiff Funeral Home in Farley, Iowa where services will be held at 1 p.m., with Pastor Stephanie Schlimm Presiding. Burial will be held in Fairview Cemetery in Farley, Iowa.
He was born February 3, 1938 in Farley, Iowa, son of Everett and Myrtle (Theilen) Glew Sr. He worked at Farley & Loctscher, Caradco, and later Flexsteel where he retired from.
Gerald is survived by one brother Mike Glew of Dubuque, IA and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Gloria Fox; five brothers, Everett "Sonny" Glew Jr., Jan Glew, Bruce Glew, John M. Glew, and Joseph Glew in infancy; two nephews, Jim and Craig Fox.
