Karen K. Fritz, 71, of Dubuque, IA, formerly of Epworth, IA passed away surrounded by her family, Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Ennoble Manor in Dubuque, Iowa.

Visitation for Karen will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the Reiff Funeral Home in Epworth, Iowa.

Services for Karen will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Reiff Funeral Home in Epworth, Iowa.  Burial will be held at Giard Cemetery in rural G arnavillo, Iowa.

She was born May 9, 1950 in Prairie Du Chein, WI, Iowa, daughter of Harvey C. and Gwendolyn (Zahn) Fritz.

She was a member of the Epworth United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sisters, Beverly McCollough of Garnavillo, IA, Donna Brown of Dubuque, IA, and Mary Peterson of Dubuque, IA; a sister-in-law, Susan Fritz of Syracuse, NY; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Gary Fritz in infancy and John Fritz; and two brothers-in-law, Paul Brown and Richard McCollough.
