O. June Cahill, 88, of Cascade, Iowa passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Accura Healthcare in Cascade, Iowa.

Per her wishes there will be no public services.

She was born January 9, 1935 in Powhatan Point, Ohio, daughter of David E. and Edna M. (Kemp) Palmer.

June was in the Airforce for 4 year, and worked with the AAFES Army-Airforce exchange services as a
food service manager.  She was always very proud that she had served in the Airforce.  She continued to work on army and airforce bases most of her adult life.

She resided in Arizona, Texas, Missouri, North Dakota, Illinois and then settled in Iowa where she lived with her daughter and her family in Cascade.

She is survived by one daughter, Nora M. Geraghty (Randy Kahl)  of Cascade, IA, two sons, Walter P. Cappon of Missouri and David G. Cahill of Arkansas.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Edna May Cordery; a grandson, Weston Samuel Geraghty and a sister, Elvira "Toots" Dimuccio.
