Richard "Paul" Lenger, 64, of Epworth, Iowa, died Friday, October 21, 2016 at his home in Epworth, Iowa.
The family will greet friends and relatives of Paul from 4 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the Reiff Funeral Home in Epworth, Iowa, where the Epworth Fire Department will meet in a group at 7:00 p.m.
He was born December 17, 1951 in Knoxville, Iowa, son of John R. and Margaret V. (O'Brien) Lenger. He received his BS Degree from the Northeast Missouri State University and his Master's Degree from the University of Chicago. He retired as an Educational Consultant for the Keystone Area Educational Agency.
He was a member of the Epworth Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his wife, Terrie (Miller) Lenger of Epworth, IA; a son, Shannon (Holly) Lenger and a daughter Shayla (fiancé, Lars Carlson) Lenger; and grandsons.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Epworth Fire Department in memory of Richard Lenger.
