Sharon K. Kearney, 75, of Onslow, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at her home in rural Onslow, Iowa, surrounded by her family.

In accordance with Sharon's request there will be no public visitation or services.  A private burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery in Cascade, Iowa.  The Reiff Funeral Home in Cascade, Iowa is assisting the family.

Sharon was born June 23, 1948, in Dubuque, Iowa.  On September 16, 1967, she was united in marriage to Wayne Kearney at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Otter Creek, Iowa.  Sharon loved her family and spending quality time with her grandchildren.  Sher loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events, playing cards, trips to the apple orchard, mushroom hunting, picnics, gardening and being outside.

She is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Wayne Kearney of Onslow, IA; two children, Pam (Bret) Hardersen of Monticello, IA, Brian (Angi) Kearney of Scotch Grove, IA; four grandchildren, Derek and Emma Hardersen, Brianna and Brevyn Kearney.
