Tecie M. Lehman, 88, of Cascade, Iowa passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2024, at her home in Cascade, Iowa.

A private family mass for Tecie and Jim will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at St. Martin's Catholic Church in Cascade, Iowa, with Rev. Mark Osterhaus presiding.  Burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery in Cascade, Iowa.

She was born on December 9, 1935, in Cascade, Iowa, daughter of Joseph and Mary (Rauen) Beringer.  She received her education at the former St. Mary's School in Cascade.  On June 23, 1956 she was united in marriage to James Lehman.  He preceded her in death on June 22, 2020.

Tecie was an avid Hawkeye fan.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Bernice Beringer of Dyersville, Iowa and many nieces and nephews.

She is also preceded in death by her parents; and her siblings, Odelia (Pete) Boffeli, Victor (Anna) Beringer, Nick Beringer, Arnold (Ione) Beringer, Carl (Alvina) Beringer, Bill (Imelda) Beringer, Frederick Beringer and Emil Beringer.
